Critical Incident Debriefing (24hrs/7 days)

Critical Incident Debriefing is a response to critical incidents such as workplace accidents and has been shown to be critical in the recovery of staff who are involved, injured or exposed in this way.

We have psychologists who are experts in a wide range of situations and can respond within the hour. This service is available 24 hours, 7 days per week.

Trauma Counselling

Trauma counselling concerns staff who have experienced a trauma at work or in their private life.  Often trauma leaves a person vulnerable to ongoing issues if not attended to immediately.  Again, our EAP provides this specialised counselling.

Conflict Resolution and Mediation

When there are conflicts between individuals in the workplace, the culture of the entire organisation can be affected.

This is often evident in general disharmony among staff and departments, an increase in complaints, staff turnover, and sick leave, as well as a decrease in productivity.

Our EAP service provides conflict resolution and mediation that deals with issues between staff or between staff and employers, and get things back on track.
