Life Resolutions® Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

What is an EAP?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) was developed so that employees would have a confidential source of counselling for any issues.

Life Resolutions® EAP provider

Life Resolutions® provides totally independent and professional counselling with registered psychologists. It’s free and above all, entirely confidential.

Everyone Benefits!

Your EAP works for both employers and employees. Employees get the benefits of counselling for themselves, their partners and families.

Employers get happier, less stressed employees who are more likely to feel they can cope with works issues. One to one individual counselling, group seminars, trauma counselling and debriefing as well as help with career directions are just some of the services Life Resolutions® offers.

All Life Resolutions® EAP services can be provided on site, or at a Life Resolutions® location.

Your employees can get their MEDICARE rebates on the spot

As of September 2008, your employees who continue with counselling outside of an Employee Assistance Program will be able to receive Medicare rebates immediately into their bank accounts when paying for sessions by cash, EFTPOS or cheque at all Life Resolutions® locations.

In most cases, your money will be transferred into cheque or savings accounts almost immediately, meaning there’s no need for you to visit a Medicare office.
