As of September 2008, you will be able to receive Medicare rebates immediately into your bank account when paying for your session by cash, EFTPOS or cheque at all Life Resolutions® locations.
In most cases, your money will be transferred into your cheque or savings account almost immediately, meaning there’s no need for you to visit a Medicare office.

Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS)
The Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) is offered to people with chronic and complex conditions. The procedure to determine if one is eligible to receive a rebate for up to 12 sessions is determined by a General Practitioner (GP). People need to see a GP and obtain a referral to see a psychologist under this schedule. Once this is obtained, people can receive a rebate from Medicare on completion of each session with a psychologist.

Private Health Insurance Rebates
All our psychologists are registered with most major private health insurers. Some health insurance companies will pay rebates for psychological services provided that people have 'extras cover'. If people are covered for psychological services, their psychologist can then provide them with a receipt including the provider number relevant to the client's private health insurer. This will then allow the client to receive a rebate for the service.
Concession Rates
Concession rates are offered to people who are pensioners or who hold a low income health care card. Please contact us to inquire about our concession rates.
