Sleeping issues
Sleep deprivation can be debilitating. It can affect a person's job, everyday functioning, friends, family and mood. The reasons for sleeping difficulties are varied, and can include, but are not limited to stress, anxiety and depression. Life Resolutions® psychologists work with you to help understand your sleeping issues and find ways of resolving them. Often you may only be required to work on some simple techniques in counselling, however if more severe, you may need to delve deeper into emotional issues as well.
