Working from Home Tips and Tricks:

  1. Stick to a schedule – keeping a strict schedule is a great way to optimise productivity, reduce procrastination and maintain a healthy work-life balance while working from home. Sticking to 9 to 5 hours, if that is what you are used to, can be very beneficial to some people.
  2. Make a list of daily tasks – writing down your intentions and tasks for the day (both professional and personal) can make you feel more organised and on top of things, and this simple task is shown to improve people’s motivation to complete their tasks and satisfaction when crossing tasks off throughout the day.
  3. Take regular breaks – Taking time out for lunch, exercise or to spend time with loved ones can bring a sense of normalcy and balance to a persons’ work life and ensure they do not experience burn-out.
  4. Prioritise your mental health and seek support if necessary – It is extremely difficult to be productive at work if you are struggling mentally.
