Coming to see a psychologist has never been about just having someone to talk to – it is about talking to a professional who will help you develop coping strategies, develop the tools to have a sense of self-worth from within and having fundamental change which is a positive impact to your life and your families’ lives.
Life Resolutions Brighton was established to bring this change to the lives of people in the area. Founded by Anita Bonollo, our principal psychologist: Anita’s aim was to help people understand that changes in their thoughts and life experiences which might result in changes in quality of life of work, physical health, family life and relationships are not necessarily a negative, and that with professional psychological help you can work on a plan to overcome these feelings and have a permanent positive change in your life and a sense of wellbeing.
We have helped many individuals over the years with a variety of issues such as anger, anxiety, marriage and couples counselling, depression, dug & alcohol addiction, quit smoking, abuse, and trauma.
Our team of psychologists are here to help you from 9am-9pm, Monday to Friday. Even if you don’t identify with any of the above, each one of our psychologists has a unique skillset which is dedicated to helping you figure out what positive changes your life could hold for you.
At Life Resolutions Brighton, love the fact that our work can help us make a difference to people’s lives. Every day we get the opportunity to provide positive outcomes and real change to our clients and their families.
