“We need to demystify psychology and break down the barriers to helping people”.
Jodie understands that almost everyone deals with adverse mental health at some point in their life, and advocates for the need to fight the taboos and barriers stopping people from seeking the help they need.

Jodie Brenton and the beginnings of Life Resolutions
Before developing a partnership with Mary Magalotti, Jodie worked in the media and entertainment industry, accumulating a diverse business repertoire which she was able to utilise in her role as Director and CEO at Life Resolutions.
Life Resolutions started in a private practice in Melbourne with a partnership between Jodie Brenton and Mary Magalotti. Mary would deliver the clinical support to clients while Jodie would manage the back end of the business such as; reception, administration, marketing and all of the business operations. From these early days of business, Life Resolutions has grown exponentially and helped thousands of Australians with their mental health in the process.
