Mai Linh is a friendly and passionate psychologist who is dedicated to creating a collaborative and engaging environment in which clients can feel comfortable and free to explore. She is committed to delivering high quality, individually-tailored psychological services to aid clients in addressing their concerns and issues as well as assisting them to take action that enriches their lives. She has an interest in helping clients get in touch with what is meaningful to them, and using core values to help guide, motivate and inspire behavioural change.
Mai Linh draws from a range of approaches and tailors these to suit the needs of each individual client. These interventions include but are not limited to: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Mai Linh is a psychologist with a Masters degree in Professional Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults across both school and clinical settings. She has worked with a range of presenting issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, depression, relationship issues, assertiveness, behavioural issues, self-esteem issues, anger and trauma. She also has experience in the facilitation of parenting groups for children and adolescents, intake and assessment and cognitive assessment and report writing.
