Teresa is a compassionate, empathic and open minded registered Psychologist who uses a collaborative approach with her clients, working closely together to identify and get to the core of the client’s issues or challenges, then implement empowering strategies to achieve the best outcome for the client.


Teresa applies multi-disciplinary evidence-based approaches, singularly or combined, that best suit the client’s needs including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & CBT-E), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Couples Counselling/Family Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Maudsley Method, Solution Focused Therapy, Sand Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Drawing Therapy, Mindfulness Practices and Motivational Interviewing.

She has experience working with all age groups, children, adolescents and adults who present with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, stress, anger problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, violence trauma, personality disorders, childhood disorders, and children dealing with the effects of abuse and trauma.
