General Psychologist

My name is Fulvio Di Prinzio and I have over 25 years’ experience in the delivery of psychological services across a very broad range of issues, within hospital, corporate and government settings, including treatment and assessments for insurance and workers' compensation purposes, suitability for treatment and clinical interventions. I am an accredited provider within the NSW and Comcare workers’ compensation schemes, and have ample experience working within the workers’ compensation and CTP industries.

I was the principal therapist and co-ordinator of the PTSD program at St John of God Hospital, Burwood NSW in the General and War Veterans Programs, conducting both individual and group therapy. I am able to treat both historic childhood trauma issues, as well as adult trauma.

For 8 years, I was the Senior Psychologist with the Department of Defence, working predominantly with Navy, managing a broad range of services delivered to Navy and other Defence personnel. I have sat on Office Selection boards, assessed personnel for the suitability for employment, and coupled with rehabilitation and corporate psychology experience, I have ample experience in assisting people with work-related or career issues, including vocational counselling and other work-related concerns.

Kathleen McLaren

Psychologist

Kathleen has a Bachelors, Honours and Masters degree in Psychology, and is currently completing her PhD in Medicine. She has worked with a number of diverse client groups, including people affected by dementia, those at imminent risk of suicide, and struggling university students. Kathleen has a warm, understanding, empathetic approach and believes that being heard and acknowledged is key to the therapeutic process. She believes that the client is the expert in their own life and works with them in a collaborative way to help them achieve their goals. Kathleen is experienced in a range of different therapies, and tailors her approach to suit the client’s needs. She is experienced in a range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar, childhood sexual abuse, eating disorders, grief and loss, OCD, and PTSD. Kathleen is a published author in Psychology, and has presented at Psychology conferences both in Australia and overseas. She has a special interest in helping couples experiencing relationship difficulties.
