Sophie creates a safe therapeutic space, providing the opportunity for personal growth and improved well-being. Sophie has ten years’ experience working in adult mental health, generalist counselling and, family and youth support settings.

General Psychologist, MAPS

Kristy is a client-focused psychologist who is passionate about building a safe therapeutic relationship where individuals can explore and improve important areas of their lives. Kristy is flexible in using treatment modalities, drawing upon a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Existential Counselling, Logotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy among others.

Kristy is dedicated to providing treatment in a genuine, non-judgemental and respectful manner by working alongside each individual to increase their well-being & quality of life and together working towards overcoming their challenges.

Kristy also has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents.

Successful therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples and families have been attributed to a unique ability to tailor intervention plans to clients’ whilst providing a compassionate understanding within a safe environment. Natalie’s’ passion to empower her clients’ helps them to feel supported whilst developing insight, motivation and effective skills for achieving their goals.
